Your call was returned the same day @ 4:24pm, which is within our 24 hour guideline. There have been no phone calls, voicemails or emails to myself or any team members since that time, based on call reporting. If this review is in regard to the claim you recently made and messages not returned by our corporate claims department, please reach out to myself 813-603-5990 or contact your claims handler and ask to speak to a supervisor.
